Full Refund, No Fees
Any cancellation made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date (4:00 p.m.) entitles you to a full refund of 100% of the amounts paid (deposit or full payment), including cleaning fees and taxes.
50% Refund or Rebooking
For any cancellation made between 29 and 14 days before your check-in, 50% of the total amount of the stay is refunded (or the 50% deposit is retained). Cleaning fees not incurred are refunded in full.
Stay Committed (Cleaning Fee Refunded)
Within 14 days of check-in, the nightly rate is no longer refundable. However, the professional cleaning fee is refunded in full if the stay does not take place.

How does the card pre-authorization work?
To preserve the quality of our units and their amenities (Level 2 EV charger, fully equipped kitchen, hotel-grade bedding), a security deposit is required for every stay.
- No charge to your account: The security deposit is recorded as a Stripe card pre-authorization (
capture_method: manual). - Automatic release within 48 hours: Once our housekeeping team has inspected the unit after your check-out (11:00 a.m.), the pre-authorization is released in full.
- Full transparency: No amount may be withheld without a time-stamped photo report being sent to the guest.
